Mildenhall is a popular village situated about 2 miles to the east of the market town of Marlborough. Mentioned in the Doomsday Book in 1086, it is a thriving village with a public house and village hall. The parish church of Saint John the Baptist originates from before the Norman Conquest. Marlborough, Hungerford and Swindon offer a wide selection of retail and leisure facilities. Trains to London Paddington are available from Bedwyn, Hungerford and Swindon with junctions 14 and 15 of the M4 providing fast access to London and the West Country.
