With 14 years of property experience working across Dorset and Wiltshire for independent estate agents, Kyla has developed an extensive knowledge of Salisbury and the surrounding villages. She holds Level 3 qualifications in both NAEA Sales and ARLA Lettings and is delighted to now be part of the Winkworth group. Before relocating to Wiltshire, Kyla ran her own wedding venue and three restaurants near Royal Tunbridge Wells. Moving to Wiltshire to raise her family gave her the perfect opportunity to pursue her long-standing interest in property and has never looked back since transitioning to a career in estate agency.

Angus started his career in property more than five years ago working on kitchen design and construction. “It felt a natural transition from helping people design their dream kitchens into helping people find their dream homes”. Working as an estate agent outside the Salisbury area initially, Angus is excited to be a part of the Winkworth Salisbury team and to work where he grew up, allowing him to offer firsthand information on the amazing opportunities Salisbury and its surrounding areas has to offer any type of buyer. As an agent he provides honest and valuable advice allowing his clients to make future plans backed up by his local expertise.

Lisa spent her early career working as a PA in London before switching to sales in the equestrian industry. She stopped working for 10 years to bring up her family and has come back to work in 2011 when she and Simon bought the Winkworth franchise for Devizes. Initially covering the bookkeeping and compliance side of the business, Lisa took her Level 3 ARLA qualifications in early 2017 and is now enjoying building the lettings and management side of the business.

Luke is a dedicated member of the lettings team with over 10 years’ experience in the property industry. With a keen eye for detail and a friendly, professional approach, he works closely with both landlords and tenants to ensure the letting process runs as smoothly as possible. Luke prides himself on being approachable, reliable, and always willing to go the extra mile to deliver great service. Whether assisting landlords in managing their properties or helping tenants settle into their new homes, he is committed to making the experience straightforward and stress free. Outside of work, Luke enjoys keeping active and is a keen sports fan, particularly watching Salisbury FC & playing Golf.

Katrina is an efficient administrator in our Lettings team and brings a wealth of experience, having previously worked as a Residential sales negotiator and a Car sales executive. A friendly face in the office, Katrina is committed to providing a professional service to landlords and tenants alike and carries out property inspections and viewings. Awarded the residential sales technical award by the NAEA, she is currently working towards her residential lettings qualifications. Katrina supports Luke in the office three days a week and particularly enjoys helping tenants through the rental process from start to finish. In her spare time, she puts her photography degree to good use and enjoys shooting on 35mm black and white film and Polaroids. Katrina also enjoys organising vintage themed parties for friends.
