Nigel has been working in estate agency since 1991 and joined Winkworth in 1992, becoming the Manager of the Kennington office in 1995. Since then he has become the Owner of the business (Sales) and has heavily involved himself in local community events and charities; he is now a trustee of a local charity called Change Up. Nigel has an impressive reputation for achieving fantastic results and offering sound and honest advice to our clients. His leadership has ensured that for over 20 years the Kennington office has been one of the most successful in South London. Outside work, Nigel is a keen sportsman and prides himself on completing three marathons after the age of 40, raising over ﾣ10,000 for charity. Proud father of three beautiful children Nigel is a firm believer in a healthy work life balance.
Tom has been part of the Winkworth Sales Team in Kennington since 2009. As the Sales Manager for the office, Tom prides himself in offering expert knowledge to his clients and giving the highest level of customer service. Tom realises that every vendor is different and therefore it is important to understand exactly what each vendor wants from their agent. Away from the office Tom is a very keen sportsman and frequently plays tennis, golf and squash.
Since obtaining a Bsc Property Management and Investment Degree at the University West of England in 2010 Chris has been part of the Winkworth Lettings team in Kennington. His professional approach, friendly manner and knowledge about the property market always impresses.

After completing a BA (Hons) degree in Human Resource Management in 2009, Hollie started her career in estate agency as a lettings administrator. Over the next 11 years she gained extensive knowledge in all aspects of the lettings industry and has worked across many areas in South East London. She became ARLA qualified in 2012 and has worked in a managerial capacity since 2016.
