Regional Lettings Manager
Tom has over 13 years experience in residential estate agency and has spent 10 of them working in and around the city fringe, Islington and Shoreditch. This provides the basis for the in-depth lettings market experience and honest advice that he provides. Tom has a Masters degree in Building Surveying which leads on from his passion for property in general. He is an avid Rugby Union fan and enjoys reading and field sports in the countryside.
With over 15 years experience in the rental industry, Adam has been our lettings manager here in Highbury for 8 years now. Over that time, he's built up strong relationships with our landlords; part of the reason many have been with us for years. He works tirelessly to achieve best price, avoid void periods and can always be relied upon to offer insightful advice to ensure the very best result for his clients. Outside of work, Adam has a passion for Archaeology (his degree subject), loves to eat out locally and enjoys live music and football.
After joining Winkworth in 2015, Katherine Long heads up our Sales department here at Winkworth Highbury. She is passionate about ensuring she best understands each of our vendors needs and with a proactive, tenacious and unique approach, works hard to get both the very best price for her clients. Outside of work, she's a keen cricketer; in fact used to play for England's women's team and an avid football supporter too.
Sales Progression Manager
With over 12 years of experience in estate agency, Clair has worked at Winkworth since 2013. After initially joining the company as a Senior Sales Negotiator, she now works as Sales Progression Manager. While her role is diverse, she's mainly found overseeing tricky sales to ensure that our vendors are given the best advice and receive the highest levels of service. Outside of work, Clair plays mum to a very vivacious 5 year old daughter - probably more challenging than any tricky sale!
