Ian has worked in residential Estate Agency in London for over 28 years and, after becoming a director of the Islington branch 18 years ago, now oversees the Highbury, Stoke Newington, Shoreditch and Hackney branches too. He's a proud advocate of our local area and having experienced both boom and recession conditions, is well placed to provide clear, well-balanced property advice to clients. In his spare time he enjoys fishing, boating, farming and gardening; passions he is keen to pass on to his three boys.

Hamish joined Winkworth in 2009 as a negotiator and now oversees five offices in Islington, Highbury, Shoreditch, Hackney and Stoke Newington. Having studied Land Economy in Aberdeen, he has a firm rooting in the sector which compliments his intimate understanding of the local market. He has built an impeccable reputation for providing excellent service and outstanding results and as a Highbury resident for over 15 years, strongly believes in supporting local causes. Hamish is a keen collector of contemporary art and in his spare time enjoys snow sports, spending time in the countryside and appreciating time with his wife and two young children.

Tom has over 18 years experience in residential estate agency and has spent 14 of them working in and around the city fringe, Islington, Stoke Newington and Shoreditch. This provides the basis for the in-depth lettings market experience and honest advice that he provides. Tom has a Masters degree in Building Surveying which leads on from his passion for property in general. He is an avid Rugby Union fan, enjoys reading and spending as much time as possible with his wife and two sons.

Having grown up and worked for many years in his family’s property business, property really does run through Connor’s blood. After moving to London early in 2020, he joined the Winkworth team as negotiator, quickly proving himself a brilliant asset to the team. His determined but friendly, caring approach means he always goes that extra mile to ensure our clients’ receive the very best possible advice and he’s earned a reputation here for having an in-depth knowledge in all aspects of the lettings industry. On off day’s you’ll find him at the football, socialising with friends or up in his childhood area, the Lake District.

Nick’s career in property started young, studying property economics at Uni and working on Saturdays as a property viewer from the age of 16! Having worked for many years in Dublin’s thriving property market, Nick moved to London in 2023 where he was immediately snapped up by the Winkworth team. His passion for property is infectious and with years of experience, he’s quickly worked his way up to Sales Manager here in Highbury, where with a professional, customer focused approach, he strives to ensure that clients’ needs are met and expectations exceeded. Outside of work, he enjoys experiencing the best food, football and music that London has to offer.
