The Team at Bourne

Our office Director, Sarah Waldeck, has a long and established relationship with the area. Educated locally at the Bourne Grammar School, and having lived and worked in the region for many years, Sarah has seen Bourne evolve into a modern, thriving market town. With 35 plus years experience in estate agency in Lincolnshire, she has a wealth of market expertise and her knowledge of the local property market is unparalleled.

Adam helped open the office back in 2006 having previously worked in Sussex and Surrey. With over 35 years experience in the industry working in all types of different markets from buoyant sellers markets to difficult buyers markets Adam's experience and know how is invaluable.

Millie started out in the property industry early in 2016 working mainly within the lettings sector. After experiencing the differing roles within lettings Millie decided that she would like to experience the sales sector. Having joined Winkworth in 2017, Millie took to sales like a fish to water and integrated well within the team. Millie prides herself on excellent customer service as well as having fantastic local knowledge. Outside of work Millie enjoys walks in the countryside and riding her horse Ellie.

Will is a friendly and approachable estate agent, although new to the industry, only having started last year, he is new to the industry and enthusiastic about helping clients throughout their property journey. When he’s not busy at work, Will enjoys staying active through running, walking, climbing, and going to the gym. He has a strong interest in geography and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in the topic.

Liberty joined the Winkworth Bourne team as an apprentice and is enjoying learning all aspects of estate agency while developing her knowledge of the local property market. At 17, she brings a fresh perspective, along with a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn from her experienced colleagues. Liberty is often found supporting the team in the office, assisting with client enquiries and updating property details and marketing. Outside of work, she enjoys travelling and discovering new places.
