Mark lives a stone's throw from the office in Leigh on Sea and has extensive knowledge of the local surrounding area. This business is his passion and by ensuring that customer service was the number one priority from day one he has gained a reputation as trustworthy experienced property expert. Mark is a fully qualified member of ARLA and the NAEA. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family and is a keen cyclist.

Paul has over 30 years’ experience in the industry, his estate agency knowledge, skill and approach to customer service is second to none. Paul has an extensive track record in management having run award winning branches across South East Essex and is always available for his clients and colleagues. He lives in the local area and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

After finishing her A-Levels, Hope has joined our team as an apprentice here at Winkworth. She has gained hands-on experience within property Sales and continues to build a strong understanding of the property market, legislation, and the importance of delivering a professional, trustworthy service. She absorbs information like it’s a second nature! She is very enthusiastic and enjoys going to the gym and cuddling our four-legged friends in the office.

Lucie runs the Property Management Department, looking after all the general day to day running of the portfolio, keeping on top of all legislation requirement's, ensuring rents are paid on time, repairs carried out efficiently and in general making sure Tenants and Landlords are happy. Lucie has over 8 years' experience working in the Leigh on Sea Lettings sector, previous roles have included Independent Financial Advisor and Mortgage Advisor.

Liz has lived in Leigh on Sea for most of her life so knows the area, houses and people well. She is a friendly, approachable person who has been a property manager for many years, offering a wide knowledge base. As a trained mediator, Liz likes the challenge of dealing with the most unusual and difficult cases – nothing has phased her …. yet!

Helen has a wealth of experience, Her primary focus is on the letting of properties and the pre-tenancy administration of the property lettings department, providing a professional service from start to finish to client landlords and tenants throughout the move in process. Her in-depth understanding of the letting process and enthusiastic approach ensures that clients expectations are managed to ensure a stress-free as possible moving experience.
