New Year, new Winkworth office for you?

The last few years have produced a difficult market for the property industry what with Brexit, the rise in stamp duty and the unanticipated snap general election last year.

2018 will pose different hurdles for the industry in the form of GDPR, cyber security and the tenant fees ban.

Here at Winkworth we used 2017 to ready ourselves as best we can for the upcoming changes.

We work closely with specialist consultants in law, legislation and lettings to make sure we are compliant across the network, taking the strain off the individually owned offices, and in March 2017 we launched a new website which subsequently won the Negotiator Awards 2017 Website of the Year Award in October.

All the departments at Winkworth head office work tirelessly to ensure your business runs as smoothly and as compliantly as possible.

Marketing, PR and IT work to assist with the running of your marketing campaigns, social media, microsites and main Winkworth website. The Country House, Client, and Corporate Services departments generate extra income for the offices through referrals. The Winkworth Training Academy offers on-going training for all levels of staff across the network to ensure the best customer service is offered to clients, and knowledge of compliance and legislation is up to date. Operations are on hand to answer any questions you have and act as the main point of call for any commercial decisions you wish to make. As well as these departments we have New Franchising, Accounts, Compliance, International and Financial Services.

As a family owned franchise business, Winkworth strives to ensure you have all the tools necessary to operate your office as effectively as possible.

If 2018 is the year you think you want to join the Winkworth network - don’t hesitate to get in touch.

What to consider when joining a franchise

Research has found that 50% of entrepreneurs in the UK choose to own a franchised business rather than struggling to think of their own start-up idea, which is often a riskier alternative.
