When did you join Winkworth?

I joined Winkworth when it was in the early stages of updating the website to version 2. Not a lot of estate agents had their own IT department at that time but Winkworth had the foresight that IT would become the centre of all businesses.

What’s the best thing about your job?

There are different challenges every year and I am able to move to different aspects of IT; from website development to networking.

Most memorable Winkworth moment?

I developed the first ever mobile friendly estate agency website. This was in the time of 2G connection and mobiles with small screens. It got mentioned in a book and everything.

What do you do in your spare time?

My spare time is mainly taken up by family life which is a welcome distraction to work (or is it the other way around?)...

If you were to buy a property anywhere in the world where would it be?

I would buy a property in Scandinavia where the quality of living is high and people have an altruistic attitude to health, education and the environment.

Tell us a fact about yourself?

I commit a full hour each week to learn or do something new for a month. This month for example I’m about “Growth Hacking”.
