Candiss manages the lettings portfolio in our Tiverton office. She brings 10 years of property experience and a wealth of knowledge of the local area.\n\nOut of work Candiss enjoys spending time with her partner and two children. She is a keen runner and attends the local gym regularly. Candiss loves to socialise with her friends always with a gin in one hand!

Oliver brings enthusiasm and charisma to his role ensuring that if its either a valuation being discussed or a sale being negotiated that it is treated in the most honest and professional manner to ensure his clients achieve the best possible and desired outcome. In his spare time he enjoys playing football and spending time with friends and family.

Ally is our Lettings Negotiator who joins us with extensive local knowledge of Tiverton and its surrounding villages. Renowned for her cheery smile and unwavering willingness to help, Ally is dedicated to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable lettings experience for all her clients. Beyond her professional role, she passionately supports the local community as the chairperson of the Tiverton Signpost Club, a vibrant dance and theatre group that fosters creativity and enjoyment for so many. Ally also values time with her partner, family and friends and loves socialising with them!

Kathy joined the firm at the start of 2012 as a Negotiator and completed an NVQ in Residential Estate Agency and completing her Level 3 in Sales of Residential Property and is a Member of NAEA. Kathy has had a varied role with us and works on a part time basis; from accounting to looking after much of the compliance of the office at the three offices whilst assisting Chris in any duties asked. Kathy is well known in the town, she went to school in Cheriton Fitzpaine and at Queen Elizabeth’s. In her spare time Kathy enjoys baking, spending time with her family and friends, as well as keeping fit by running! Kathy lives in the town with her husband Matt and their two daughters.
