The Team at Southbourne

Before embarking on her career in agency, Lori was a golf professional for many years following a successful amateur career playing at both county and international level. She started in agency in 2004 and has always worked in Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. While working at her previous agency, she met James where they forged a firm friendship. Their passion to change the way people perceive estate agents, led them to joining forces and purchasing the Winkworth Southbourne franchise in 2020 and completing on the purchase of their newest Winkworth franchise in Wimborne in 2023. Lori has always lived in Southbourne and is very passionate about the area. Her children attended the local St James primary school. Both her children are now adults so in her spare time she enjoys travelling and family get-togethers.

Millie originally joined as part of the Saturday team in 2023 and has more recently joined as a full-time member of the team. She worked in customer service for the last 30 years before embarking on this new career. She lives in Southbourne where both her children attended local schools and has recently welcomed the birth of her first granddaughter.

Bethany joined the team part time in 2024. She hit the ground running after discovering her love for property combined with her passion for customer service and being able to help people in the journey to buying or selling their home. She has excellent local knowledge having grown up in the local area and still lives in Southbourne. She attended the local St James Primary school moving onto Avonbourne secondary school then Bournemouth & Poole college.

Shanine joined the Saturday team in 2024. She lives in the local area having moved to the UK a number of years ago. She is married with two young daughters and in her spare time is a singer both recording and live bands and has been known to play at large festivals!

Mark joined the team as our in-house professional photographer and head of marketing and social media. He spent several years in customer service before discovering his passion for photography. He is also a registered drone pilot enabling us to go that extra mile when it comes to our photography. Mark is married and in his pare time loves to take to the decks and DJ!
