About Brook Green
Brook Green is an incredibly popular area but also something of a hidden gem. The area offers everything from large family houses to small flat perfect as a first time buy or pied a terre, with housing stock ranging from Victorian homes to modern portered blocks.
There are a selection of excellent pubs and restaurants, including the Havelock, Bird in Hand and Queens Head, as well as real neighbourhood restaurants such as Popes Eye and La Pentolina.
The area offers superb transport links making it easy to get both in to and out of town, with the closest Underground stations being Hammersmith (Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City and District lines) and Shepherd's Bush (Central line and London Overground). Furthermore, there are several well-regarded schools, both state and private, catering for all ages. Local schools include St Pauls Girls School, Ecole Francaise Jacques Prevert, Larmenier & Sacred Heart and Bute House.
