Since 2016, Faith has successfully led the sales team at Winkworth Fulham & Parsons Green and played a pivotal role in establishing the office as one of the top performers within the Winkworth network and a leading local agent. Renowned for her strategic approach and deep market knowledge, Faith has built a reputation for delivering outstanding results while maintaining an honest and transparent style. In 2021, Faith acquired the Winkworth Fulham & Parsons Green franchise alongside her close friend and business partner, Georgia. Georgia, a graduate of Durham University, joined the Winkworth team in 2015, bringing with her extensive experience in the lettings market. As a long-standing Parsons Green resident, she also offers an unrivalled, in-depth knowledge of the local area and takes great pride in promoting the many advantages of living in Fulham to tenants relocating from further afield. Under her guidance, the lettings business has grown significantly over the past decade. Georgia has built strong, lasting relationships with her clients and, combined with her natural enthusiasm, this enables her to secure the right tenants at the best price — and, crucially, to do so quickly. The continued success of the lettings department is underpinned by Georgia’s meticulous attention to legal requirements and administrative detail, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience for her clients.
