Leah joined the team in March 2026, bringing a wealth of experience and strong knowledge of the local rental market. With five years of industry expertise under her belt, she is keen to get stuck in and build solid relationships with both our landlords and tenants, ensuring we continue to provide the best possible service.\n\nOutside of work, Leah lives in Crediton, where she enjoys spending time with her large family and walking her two dogs, Roxie and Tilly.

Ella joined the team in June 2025, bringing with her valuable experience in lettings and a strong desire to further develop her skills and progress within the property industry. Since joining, she has successfully transitioned into her role as a Sales Negotiator and is proud to be building her career within the housing sector. She is now training towards her NAEA qualification. Before starting her career in property, Ella spent six months travelling across South East Asia, an experience that broadened her perspective and strengthened her people skills. Outside of work, she continues to enjoy travelling and going on holidays.

Emily joined the team in October 2025. Before this, she worked on a dairy farm, where she experienced first-hand how unpredictable and fast-paced each day could be and she loved the energy and variety that came with those crazy days.\n\nShe enjoys taking on new challenges and pushing herself outside her comfort zone. A great example of this is when she ran a marathon in Sierra Leone in 2022, an experience that tested both her physical and mental resilience and remains one of her proudest achievements.

Kathy joined the firm at the start of 2012 as a Negotiator and completed an NVQ in Residential Estate Agency and completing her Level 3 in Sales of Residential Property and is a Member of NAEA. Kathy has had a varied role with us and works on a part time basis; from accounting to looking after much of the compliance of the office at the three offices whilst assisting Chris in any duties asked. Kathy is well known in the town, she went to school in Cheriton Fitzpaine and at Queen Elizabeth’s. In her spare time Kathy enjoys baking, spending time with her family and friends, as well as keeping fit by running! Kathy lives in the town with her husband Matt and their two daughters.
