Robert Upton has over 30 years’ experience in the property sector. He began his career as a negotiator in Islington, where he was consistently the top salesperson, before acquiring and expanding a two-office estate agency in Greenwich and Blackheath into a market-leading three-branch business. The agency was ultimately acquired by King Sturge (now JLL) at four times its purchase price, reflecting strong operational performance and significant value creation. Robert now works as a land agent, advising on acquisitions and development opportunities, which complements his estate agency background and gives him a broad, macro perspective on the housing market.

Abbie Greisman has over 20 years’ experience in property, predominantly with large corporate agencies. She spent much of her career at Savills in Residential Research, where she developed strong analytical insight into the housing market and the ability to advise clients with authority. She later moved into residential sales in Islington (coincidentally at Robert’s former desk), becoming a leading fee earner. This blend of corporate training, market insight, and proven sales performance equips her with both professionalism and commercial drive in a competitive market.
