This house has been a labour of love for us to restore it to its original Edwardian finish. What began as a restoration project to live in a dream period property with quick access to central London soon became a loving home as we raised our children here who went first to the modern nursery nearby and then the amazing local school a few roads to the north.

The terrace is perfectly placed on the street to be enclosed, south facing by tall pine trees of a small nature reserve and a community garden centre which in the summer feels like living in the country as we are not overlooked by other houses. Yet we are still able to see the London skyline in the distance which makes for excellent firework displays!

To the south and west we have parks which have been great for the kids to play on their bikes and where we’ve met friends in the summer for picnics. We’re extremely proud of the house and hope it goes to a family who can experience what we have throughout the seasons. We’d hoped to stay here during the construction of Crossrail 2 which could see Wood Green town centre transformed, however, we are sadly looking to move out of London.
