We have thoroughly enjoyed the open space living. The living area is perfect for entertaining and relaxing after work as there is space for a comfortable seating area, large dining table with an open plan kitchen. We have used the third bedroom as a separate snug which has doubled up as a spare room when we have had visitors. The high ceilings add to the spacious feel of the flat and the heavy doors make it fantastic for managing noise e.g listening to music in one room and TV on in another. Having no one living above, below or beside means it’s a quiet place to live.

The Mews has a welcoming feel and offers a sense of community in a bustling part of North London. The gated communal courtyard is a tranquil break from the hive of activity on green lanes; the space is used well and we often enjoy dinner or drinks in the summer on our own table and chairs. The added security of the Mews and knowing all our neighbours by name helps us feel safe and secure with the added benefit of support when being locked out, collecting parcels or letting in workmen etc!

It is a fantastic location for local bars and eateries. We have enjoyed walks along the old railway line, the river path to Woodberry wetlands and up to Alexandra Palace. There are great transport links into Central London and around via two train stations Harringay Green Lanes and Harringay. Fantastic access to the 24hr tube via Manor House and good bus routes.
