“We have loved making this house and neighbourhood our home and will be sad to leave. We were initially attracted to the area as it is both quiet and residential thanks to no-through roads, whilst being excellently connected to the many shops and restaurants of both Harringay and Stoke Newington. Finsbury Park is moments away and has great facilities including playgrounds, Park Run, a great cafe and Summer events, and Woodberry Wetlands wildlife reserve (with another excellent cafe) is just a 10 minute walk along the New River Path. With good access to local transport links we can also be at our workplaces in Farringdon and the West End in approximately 30 minutes.

The house has made a perfect home for our young family. We were immediately drawn to the large spaces on the ground floor - the double reception room and the large eat-in kitchen extending out to the terrace and sizeable garden. Thanks to the aspect of the garden it attracts sunlight for much of the day during the Spring and Summer months. More recently the house has provided flexibility with a number of suitable places to work from home filled with natural light.
