While living here we have really enjoyed that there are 3 parks within a 3 minute walk (Bruce Castle, Tower Gardens & Lordship Recreational) one of which has a free outdoor gym which we and many of the local community use.

The area offers great transport links with four zone 3 tube stations within close proximity, numerous bus links and the overground line from Bruce Grove!

There is a great selection of pubs and places to eat in the surrounding area, two of our favourites being The Beehive Pub and San Marco Restaurant.

While searching to buy this house we were first time buyers who originally wanted a flat nearer to the tube, however after coming and viewing the house and the surrounding neighbourhood, we made our purchase and have never looked back since. It’ll be a shame to leave."
