Very professional and supportive throughout. Some hiccups with initial buyer who exited during process but that was handled well and a new buyer was found very quickly. Subsequent challenges with buyer further along the chain was also handled well - and rebutted - when a price concession was sought at our expense at the head of the chain. Difficult to criticise anything.

We had to sell my mother's property following her death in 2022. Russell dealt with us at the start and was kind and understanding about how difficult the whole thing was. He gave us excellent advice on how to value the property. Flora did a lot of the potential buyer viewings and was very helpful keeping us updated with what was going on. The property was under offer within a fortnight and the sale completed smoothly. Thank you so much for making a painful process go so smoothly.
