I initially met Alex from Winkworth when he valued my Dad’s house for probate and compared to the other estate agents he was the best. He came with paperwork and figures and answered all my questions unlike the others. The house needed a major renovation and Alex kept in contact with me the whole time which was great. On the renovation completion we met up again as I had decided to rent my house. Alex put me in touch with his staff at the Finchley branch and they soon found my tenants. Renting a property was completely new to me but the staff at Winkworth were and still are always on hand to help me. I now know the staff and which section they deal with to make the process run smoothly. Winkworth completely manage my property which is such a relief as I’m not local. I pay an annual fee and they deal with it all from house checks, gas safety checks and any maintenance that’s required. I certainly recommend them.
