We have loved living in this flat and in this area. We've been here for 4 years and we've really enjoyed transforming it. The kitchen and flooring is all brand new. We love the gorgeous fireplace in the living room. We had the chimney swept and checked so it's possible to have an open fire which is so cosy in the winter. The other beautiful features include the stained glass in the front door and lively tiling in the entry hall which continues into our own hall. We added some interesting features too such as the reclaimed enamel lights in the kitchen and the shelving in the living room and bathroom make of reclaimed chemistry benches (Iroko).

We have fitted bespoke storage in both bedrooms, and under the stairs which is a utility space including the washing machine, shoe storage and space for cleaning products and materials. Make sure to look inside the cupboards when you visit! There's also a false ceiling in the bathroom and hall creating a loft space. Perfect for DIY kit and suitcases.

The garden is a south facing, sunny and peaceful haven. You won't believe how quiet it is. We have grown plants and veg with success.

Green Lanes has fantastic Turkish food, a lot of nice cafés to hang out in or have brunch, and the wonderful Harringay Local Store. The flat is so well connected, with the piccadilly line just 5 minutes round the corner, and Hornsey station at the top of the street with really fast connections to the City and Shoreditch.
