It's fantastic for an office to cover such a fantastic stretch of coastline with such beautiful sandy beaches along with Christchurch harbour and Mudeford Quay - I highly recommend the fresh fish you can buy there straight out of the sea! Or if you need refreshment take the ferry from the quay over to The Beach House for a drink or a meal. About 50% of our buyers come from London and the home counties, and a large student population to the west towards Bournemouth combined with a large number of retirees closer to us make for a diverse and affluent clientele. There is also a huge amount of development going on in the area as the old 30's & 50's houses come down to make for sleek modern homes. We are an area on the up and a fantastic place to live in or invest!
