Or if you need refreshment take the ferry from the quay over to The Beach House for a drink or a meal. About 50% of our buyers come from London and the home counties, and a large student population to the west towards Bournemouth combined with a large number of retirees closer to us make for a diverse and affluent clientele. There is also a huge amount of development going on in the area as the old 30's & 50's houses come down to make for sleek modern homes.
