• The aspect of the property means that light fills the front of the house in the morning and the back as the day progresses. It's so nice to sit outside in the afternoon and evening light.

• The location of our home is really well-situated for public transport. The 67 bus is a couple of minute's walkaway and gets you to Stamford Hill in 5 minutes, Stoke Newington in 10 and Dalston in 25 minutes. Plus the tube (Victoria line) is only about an 10 minute walk and is now 24/7.

• Since completing the loft conversion, we've found the house to be perfect for our family. Having 2 bathrooms makes an absolutely massive difference, it makes having guests much more relaxing.

• Having separate living spaces has meant we can make our front room a really cosy, pleasant place to be. We had the chimney swept and put in a period, restored, working fireplace. In the winter months it makes staying in a real treat.

• The garden is populated with established, mature plants -which look fantastic throughout the year are is easy to maintain. We put the lawn in so we could enjoy lying out in the sun on warm days.

• We've really enjoyed and appreciated all the period touches in our home: the floorboards, doors and fireplaces and so on are in incredibly good condition and show off the character of the house.
