Winkworth smashed it!

Last Sunday, a team of Winkworth runners took part in a 10k race around Clapham Common to raise money for Housing for Women. With over 300 participants in the race, the Winkworth team did fantastically with their first runner past the finish line in just 44 minutes. And together the team's fundraising efforts raised over £2000 for the charity. Housing for Women is a fantastic charity that have been providing homes for women in London for over 75 years. The race helped to raise funds for their Re-Place project, providing accommodation and support towomenwho have been trafficked to the UK for sexual exploitation and domestic servitude. They are very close to reaching their target of £15,000 so if you are able to donate there’s still to do so by visiting the Winkworth Just Giving page here https://www.justgiving.com/teams/Winkworth.
