Winkworth offices are offering to be a safe haven to anyone who feels threatened or in danger.
This follows the lead of a number of major supermarkets, with a number of offices across Winkworth’s national network launching a new policy to provide a safe place and the opportunity to seek help from staff.
The idea comes from Winkworth franchisees and staff who believe in demonstrating a duty of care to their teams, tenants and other customers and people in the local community.
“As local businesses, we have a duty of care not only to our staff but also our tenants and other clients, and we consider the safety of our people to be of the highest importance. We know that unsafe situations can happen to anyone and at any time, so we want to offer our services as a safe haven and provide help from Winkworth staff to anyone who needs it. Everyone has the right to feel safe.”
