We are committed to staff development and provide continuous training for all levels of employees, from franchisee to staff administrator. Our in-house training academy provides circa 96 courses per year catering for over 800 staff members. Our courses range from induction and customer service to full 4 day ARLA and NAEA qualifications. Our head of academy also recognises the difficulty in removing staff from the office to attend training, so is free twice a week to come to you.
Our international, China Desk and country house departments offer a level of exposure that independent agencies and small chains simply cannot offer. The country house department markets our prime country properties to high net-worth individuals in the capital and internationally, whist our China Desk provides an imperative link to the Asian market.
Winkworth has a team of seven dedicated business consultants who make 840 calls a day between them to generate new business for our front offices via market appraisals and financial services referrals from our current database.
