New office opens in Cobham

We are pleased to announce the opening of a new office in Cobham. This is our second opening in Surrey this year, following the opening of Winkworth Guildford in October, and adds to our growing network in key commuter locations. The office will be owned and operated by Tom Lepsky and Kim Karpeta, who as Directors of the nearby Weybridge office have a wealth of experience in the Surrey property market. Over the past year, the two have been extremely successful in building a substantial business and brand presence in the area and plan to repeat their achievement in this new location. Cobham has a large international and commuter population that will benefit from our network of offices in the capital, as well as our international department and China desk, and this opening further strengthens the our links between London and the country. Dominic Agace, CEO of Winkworth, commented, “We are extremely pleased to be expanding further into Surrey to not only support the existing community’s property needs but also to service buyers looking to relocate to the country now that there is restored confidence in the markets outside of London, following a growing trend of buyers returning to these areas. Tom and Kim have a great level of experience in operating locally and I believe will extend their success in this area with this new office.” Tom Lepsky, Co-Director of Winkworth Cobham, comments, “Since opening in Weybridge in 2012, our intention has always been to expand into Cobham in order to maximise our offering to our clients by operating in two key Surrey locations. Having worked in the area for a number of years, both Kim and I are excited at becoming part of the wider Surrey community and look forward to helping service all its property needs. ” Kim Karpeta, Co-Director of Winkworth Cobham, adds, “We feel that an integral part of the success of our Weybridge office has been driven by Winkworth’s pre-eminent position in the capital and the number of buyers and sellers we are able to access through the company’s network, especially compared to our competitors. Having additional support for our international clients has also been invaluable in demonstrating our unique offering and a level of service that is hard to surpass.”
