In addition to marketing, branding and IT support, Winkworth proprietors and their staff have access to a series of comprehensive in-house training courses.
The Winkworth Training Academy offers a variety of industry-specific courses that cater for all levels of expertise. The training ranges from basic foundations skills, to essential law and compliance. These bespoke courses have been developed by industry experts for the Winkworth Training Academy and they are delivered by independent trainers with decades of hands-on experience, within the property sector.
Winkworth, through the Academy, helps to nurture and develop an estate agent’s core skills as well as improving the skills of those seasoned professionals. All of which contributes to providing the best service to all Winkworth clients.
The courses enable each and every one of the Winkworth offices to continually develop the very best customer service quality, including confident knowledge of the legal side of property ownership and management. Through this Winkworth is able to provide a much higher level of service to the public.
Last year the Winkworth Training Academy ran 11 courses over 31 days. In the last quarter of 2011, attendance was 110% with some going on a waiting list.
2012 promises to be even more successful for Winkworth Academy with 13 courses being run over 35 days.
