St Stephen’s School in Bath have unveiled their brand new hockey kit sponsored by the local Winkworth Bath office.  The hockey team at St Stephen’s have just won their league, and are due to compete in a Cup competition at Bath University on May 15.

On a recent visit to the school, Simon Lord, franchisee of Winkworth Bath, commented that the children look very proud in their new kit.

Simon Lord said: “We are delighted to have the opportunity to sponsor the new kit and encourage the youngsters to play their best by looking and feeling like a top team.

My own children have gained so much by participating in sport, and at a time when the Sport in School budget is being hit hard, businesses like ours should perhaps offer support where we can in the spirit of local community.

St Stephen’s are League winners and has some great little players. They also have a truly inspirational teacher in Rowan Overeynder, who I would like to thank for bringing this initiative together. John Moore Sports, another local business, also played its part.
