Federico Young has joined Winkworth Kensington Estate Agents as Lettings Manager.  He brings with him over 13 years of estate agency experience, specialising in high-end residential lettings.  Federico also grew up in Kensington and has invaluable knowledge of the area.

Prior to joining Winkworth Kensington Estate Agents, Federico worked at Naylius McKenzie Estate Agents, and more recently he was Lettings Manager at Kinleigh, Folkard and Hayward St John’s Wood office covering Belsize Park, St John’s Wood and Mayfair.  “I look forward to building up the Winkworth Kensington Letting’s department and increasing market share.  We are installing new systems and procedures to improve service to our landlords and tenants, as well as build on our existing clientele.”
