Winkworth opens in Newbury

As part of its targeted growth in key South East towns, Winkworth, the leading franchisor of real estate agencies, has opened its 89^th office in Newbury with the rebranding of Haines Residential to Winkworth Newbury.

Newbury is a charming market town in Berkshire, on the banks of the River Kennet and some 60 miles west of London. The town lies at the junction of the M4 and A34 road networks giving superb connections to London, Bath, Oxford and Southampton.  Newbury also benefits from regular trains to London (Paddington), taking just over an hour and making the town and surrounding areas highly attractive for commuters and families moving out of the capital.
