As part of its expansion in the South West, Winkworth has just opened a new office in Bath.

Dominic Agace, CEO of Winkworth PLC, says:

Often quoted in surveys as one of the best places to live in Britain, Bath is renowned for its natural springs and impressive architecture.  Bath is a natural focus for Winkworth’s growth to the West, and the new office will work very closely with other Winkworth franchises from London to Exeter.

The office is owned and operated by Simon Lord, who brings with him extensive estate agency experience, along with a local’s knowledge of the area. Simon will be running the office with Manager Simon Bush, who established his reputation in Bath as an Associate at Cluttons.
